How many licenses can I purchase in a single transaction?
You can purchase up to 100 licenses at a time. If you'd like more, you can repeat the process.
How long is each license valid till?
Each license must be activated within 6 months of the date of purchase. Once activated, each license is valid for one year from the date of activation.
What happens after a year post activation of the license?
The user on the license will revert to being a free user. They can then upgrade their own account manually, or you can purchase another license for them.
Are refunds available?
No, refunds are not available for bulk purchases.
What features do AudioPen Prime users get?
AudioPen Prime lets users record longer voice notes, write in different styles, save unlimited notes, and a lot more. Details are available on the Prime page.
How are people supposed to activate these licenses?
Details will be sent to your email along with the license codes. They can be redeemed on the AudioPen website, and once applied, they will work across all devices that are logged in to the same account.
